Bright but cold was the weekend forcast for our first cruise of 2008, Jan & Alf had set off first to make sure we could get a mooring Von Geoff & Louise arrived at 1630 guess what there were no other boats to be seen. As the sun set there was a beautiful red sky over Windsor. That evening we were joined in Cafe Rouge by Julie & Del their first Boatenders event as Mr & Mrs Coomber!! We had a great meal although the cider was a bit dodgy. After a bloody cold night -6 and didnt we know it . 0900 it was all hands on deck the Chairman had arrived by staff car. The pidgeons were frozen solid! Only Joking With the heating on full we were treated to bacon rolls on Rude Not To Thanks Jan. After breakfast the puppies played We had a gentle trip back to the marina where Little Lou met up with Jess  and had more fun aboard their new rib We were called to a meeting with the Chairman on Jans new boat,  a Fairline Targa 39 Now on my want one of those lists... A fantastic weekend. Look forward to our Easter cruise when ALL MEMBERS will be sailing. TaTarForNow Speedy
